Default can't start outlook 2003. mapi32.dll is wrong ver. Have reinstal

new computer with office 2007. didn't like so uninstalled and installed
office 2003.
now I get a message "cannot start MS office outlook. MAPI32.DLL is corrut or
wrong version. I've done the repair and reinstall, with no results.

I have vista business and there is all kinds of security that won't allow me
to change the current file name before reinstall.

Rename that file and then start Outlook again. It should create a new one.

I've tried that but vista business won't let me change the name, delete it or
over write it the same file from another computer. Thanks though.
