Outlook recalling a message
Why after i have sent someone a message and they have not red it the message
has not been clicked on and then i go to my sent items and do a recall it does not delete the original email. The 2 options that there are to a recall i have tried each of the 2 and it does not delete the original email. I have tested it out by sending myself emails and trying to recall them. Both users use exchange server. How do i get it to delete the original when the email never got read?
