Default Outlook 2007 Crashing upon startup

I am having an issue with Outlook 2007 crashing everytime I start the
program. I have it configured to connect to MS Exchange and it just hangs at
the "Microsoft Outlook" splash screen. I have already deleted my profile and
started again from scratch and unfortunately did not do the trick. So I
started outlook in safe mode and I was able to get into the program and check
email normally. I went a step deeper trying to determine what the actual
cause is and finally when I used the /noextensions switch that allowed me to
open Outlook.

My question is what extension is it that could be preventing outlook from
working correctly?

'Tools|Trust Center|Add-ins|Manage', uncheck each add-in one at a time and
try restarting. The restart should be successful when you uncheck the one
causing the problem.
