Default help importing after running "files and settings transfer wizard"

I understand that my personal settings, address book, calendar, etc from
Outlook would also transfer when using the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard
in XP. Everything else appears to have moved from my old puter to the new.
Do i have to go find the files and install them individually? If so, how?
Thank you advance.
