I am trying to fix an XP Home Edition computer on which Outlook was recently
re-installed to try and remedy a DLL launch error. All user accounts on the system (three accounts) receive the following error message when launching Outlook: Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. MAPI32.DLL is corrupt or the wrong version. This could have been caused by installing other messaging software. Please reinstall Outlook. I have also tried running "C:\WINDOWS\system32\fixmapi.exe," but to no avail. ANY NEW SUGGESTIONS / IDEAS? |
