Default OUTLOOK 2003 -- Missing Send/Receive Functionality

Reinstalled Outlook 2003 to laptop. Created new account (pop3). Received
'test message' on desktop PC, however, on laptop do not have send/receive
functionality. What am I doing wrong?

Default OUTLOOK 2003 -- Missing Send/Receive Functionality

You reinstalled because of a problem?
If you are receiving the test msg on your desktop, then it either has the
same email account or your mail account is a catchall account
Do the email accounts have seperate passwords?

e-mails have same pop3 logins & passwords. Everything went well except no
toolbar or on tools menu send/receive missing.
