Default MS Exchange Server vs. MS Office Outlook (home)

Is it possible to synchronize the Exchange Server Outlook with my home based
Outlook calendar? I sometimes schedule personal appointments on my Outlook
calendar at work (MS Exchange) but would like to synchronize these
appointments to my home PC. What do I need to do if it is accessible?

Thanks.

Either a VPN connection to the Exchange Server at work, or have the Exchange
administrator enable RPC over HTTP.

Or a PDA that syncs to both PCs.
