Default Some notes not syncing between Outlook and HP iPaq

Hello everyone,

I recently ran into a problem with a client's HP iPaq where it will not sync
some (not all) of the notes contained with Outlook. The client is running an
older version of Outlook (2002/XP) and the newest version of Microsoft
Activesync (4.5).

Newly created test notes sync and updates to various existing notes sync;
however, random existing notes do not sync new data.

Looking around on the iNet has yielded several forum posts with users having
similar issues, but there does not seem to be any resolution to this issue...

Any input from the community would be greatly appreciated! Thanks again.

Are the Notes that don't sync and the Notes that do in the same Notes
folder?

Brian,

Yes, the notes are located in the same notes folder.

Alas, I've never encountered that and can't reproduce it.
