Hi,
I have to setup an email account for a sale representative but, we want that 2 other people to be able to send email for the representative. So what I want to setup is...An email account that the sale representative manage him self, but lets the two other people to be able to send soubmission, but if the customer do a reply the mail will be send to the representative email account. I don't really understand how works the send behalf option into exchange server. I dont want the other people able to read the sale representative's email and I dont want the sale representative to have to check at 2 places to made a fellow up to the soubmission... Some one can help me, to setup or to understand how works send behalf option.. Tk in advence ![]() France |
