Default Accepting meeting requests with outlook client closed....

Hi - I'm hoping someone has found a workaround for this issue. I'm finding
in Outlook 03 and 07 that the feature to automatically accept meeting
requests for a user setup as a conference room works fine -- but only when
Outlook is opened under the user you want to be able to auto-accept. Is
there any way to configure these resources to auto-accept without Outlook
being open? Thanks in advance.
