Create a new mail profile and configure it to use only one .pst file.

Actually I have three main folders: Two called Mail Box folders
(outlook1.pst) with identical information and One "personal folder" called Family (Family.pst). What I want to do is delete one of the "Mail Box" Folders. Both "Mail Box" folders say that they are 97-2002 formated folders. One is recognized by the system as the default mail box ant the other one seems to be recognized as just a "Mail box", but both contain exactly the same folders and the folders have exactly the same information. Somehow, the system has created two mailboxes. Is the correction possibly in editing the registry? -- Jim "Jim" wrote: In Outlook 2003, I have duplicate {exactly identical, using the same Outlook1.pst file] Mail Boxes.
