Default Email error

I am using my Outlook for my website emails and my emails through Comcast, I
ran the test message for my comcast emails, and I get the test message OK.
But when I send an ordinary email from one account to the Comcast accounts,
it is not coming through.

Version of Outlook? Exact text of any error messages?
