Account I had to reinstall Vista from scratch (I had done the upgrade, but
there were too many incompatibilities), so I saved my files and settings with Easy Transfer. When I reinstalled Outlook 2007, I was unable to open it. I get a message saying I'm not an authorized user. I suspect that I used a different user name than what I had before. How can I tell Outlook I want this user to have access to Outlook. (I am the only user o nthe computer, and the only user profile set up.) The only way I can get access now is to turn off User Control. Then I keep getting Windows Security Alerts. Thanks, Kath |
