Default upgrade help!!

I just did an upgrade from office 2000 to office 2003. All applications work
fine except when i opened outlook. It prompted to retrieve the folders which
it did and also prompted it found a new account and if i want to import the
files which it did.Now when i try to open the inbox i receive an error
message which states if i want to send a problem message to microsoft then i
answer no which cause the outlook to close and reopen to the same error.
Please help!
