Default Outlook 2007 Email Accounts working but Invisible

I just upgraded from Office XP to 2007. I have two POP accounts that ARE
working but do NOT show up under account settings. The box is just blank! I
also have 4 address books that work but do NOT show up under account settings
either. What's happening here?

BTW: I've already run repair from the setup and run the office diagnostics
under help. I also have all the XP updates.
