Why don't I have Outlook installed when I bought Office 2007?

I purchased Office 2007 home and student and installed it. I don't have
Outlook now, just windows mail. Is that Vista's version of Outlook? I would
like to have the full version of outlook 2007, is it not included with Home
and Student Office 2007?
