Outlook 2007, like all versions of Outlook, has no newsgroup reader, it uses
Outlook Express for that purpose. When you go to "Go|News", you are launching OE in news only mode. To setup newsgroups in Outlook Express, go to 'Tools|Accounts|News|Add'.
