Default OWA and rules

If there a way to create a rule in outlook 2003 so it's server side not
client side.

I have alot of people asking me to create a fowarding rule to foward a copy
of all messages from the inbox to another address (BlackBerry) but when they
create it on the client computer it only works when outlook 2003 is open

Can a customer creata a server side rule so when outlook is closed it still
works.

Whether a rule is client side or server side depends entirely on what the
rule is to do:

I think the Administrator has to setup the forwarding (and keep a copy in
the inbox) on the Exchange Server...

Set the blackberry account up as a contact in Active directory

In active directory on your server click onto the properties of the
user and go to the exchange general tab. In there you can setup
forwarding to the blackberry contact and also tick keep a copy in the
mailbox

Cheers
