Default Resource availability In Outlook 2003 SP1

We are trying to transition from manual scheduling of conference rooms (using
paper calendar books) to scheduling of conference rooms using conference
rooms as a resource. We cannot get outlook to retrieve free/busy information
for conference room resources - so that the availability (or busy) shows up
in the schedule view. Help !

Did you create each room as its own mailbox? Have you created at least one appointment in each room?
