I would like someone to explain to me how to set up Outlook 2003 to access
more than one e-mail accounts (perhaps as many as 5) and store the e-mails in different pst files. These e-mail accounts all belong to one person (me), so strict separation is not required. I would like to know what this would look like in the "Mail Folders" pane (pain??), in particular, would there be one primary (default) account / set of folders into which all of the e-mail would be down loaded and then have to be either filter-sorted or manually moved from that Inbox to the other sets of folders under the primary folder or can they be "coequal"?? I know the items in the inbox can be displayer (sorted) by the e-mail account from which they were sent. I was not able to find anything on this in HowTo-Outlook.com or in MSC's site. If there is a better site, please let me know. Thanks. njmeatball 20061219 |
