Default I cannot access Outlook since I changed e-mail settings

I was trying to set up an e-mail account through the MSExchange server - had
to delete the old one, per instructions - and since closing Outlook, I can't
open it under that account (where all my info is stored). A "...server
unavailable..." message appears.

I don't know what you mean by "Exchange Admins" Brian. I can't log on to see
anything. I can see my settings in "e-mail accounts" in the Control Panel,
and have tried changing them, but I can't get my user name to underline when
I "check name" in the exchange server settings. My laptop was initially set
up for Outlook at work, on their server. Now I access my e-mail through an
exchange server, and have since added Business Contact Manager. Thats where
the records are that I need to access.

Thanks for responding

If you're using an Exchange account, there will be people who administer the
Exchange server. They are the people best in position to answer your
questions and deal with your issues.

I hope so, but meanwhile I won't be able to contact them as soon as I need
to. All my records reside on my pc and, except for e-mail when I sometimes go
to the office and connect to their server. aren't sync'd, so I was trying to
see if there was any way of accessing them a different way.

Thanks though.

This old account you deleted, what kind of account was it? Did it connect
to an Exchange Server? If so, were you setup to work offline with an .OST
(Offline STore) file?

What can you tell us about the new account you're trying to setup?
