Default Scripting Outlook installation

I am wondering if its possible to create a script that a user can run and by
that Outlook is set up with account details. The script should set up his
outlook with correct username, password and also set that Outlook should
authenticate on outgoing emails (authenticate towards SMTP server). If you
have a hint to where i should look for a solution then you would save my day
:-)
Best regards
Trond
