Outlook 2003 detect/repair error
I had Outlook crash twice so the next time I opened it I tried detect/repair.
This brings up ERROR 25090 System error -2147023838 Open C:\program files\microsoft office\office11\1033\setup.chm Office source engine look in chm to resolve. The .chm file is all code. How can I fix Outlook?

Outlook 2003 detect/repair error
No.......not really helpful.....It's talking about OFFICE.
I have Outlook 2003 and my Office software is from 2000 on separate cds I did find that OSE.exe was stopped by the Ultimate Troubleshooter. I will turn it on and retry detect-repair of Outlook 2003.
