Default Location of Rules

I did a restore of our exchange server and now users are missing their rules.
I thought Outlook determined where the rules were saved based on the type of
rule. However, it looks like both types of rules (server side & client side)
are lost.

Does anyone know where the rules are stored (server & local) if the user has
not used the rules wizard and created a *.rwz file?

Thanks,

Mike
