I am having the same problem. I have Microsoft Outlook word 2003. I send
emails but can't receive them. I have tried seveal ways going by the help Q&A
but to no avail. I'm about to kick this PC back into Best Buy.
What do I do to correct this? Anyone?

Enable searching hidden files and folders.

And exactly what were those "several ways"? Did you follow the advice from
the message you quoted? Have you tried recerating your account? Have you
tried a new mail profile? Have you enabled diagnostic logging?
