Default Recieving Duplicate Messages

I am updating from Outlook Express to Outlook so my boss can sync his new
Motorola "Q" with his email program.

I have imported the Outlook Express email messages as well as the address
book, and both appear to be ok.

I have also tried to import my Outlook Express email settings to
send/receive email, and they work, however they receive each message twice.
I'm not exactly sure why or how to stop it from receiving each message twice.

The send/receive groups under Tools show all three email accounts and the
settings each appear proper. The only thing I can think of is that if you go
under "tools" and "email accounts", each emal account also shows up there.
However, if I remove them from there, they are no longer in the send/receive
group. If I remove them from the send/receive group they don't get any email
at all.

This has to be a simple problem that I'm just not seeing. Any suggestions
from anyone?
