Can't send email out of outlook via my hotmail account
I have an earthlink account and a msn.com account. I can receive email in
both, but cannot send via msn. Every time I try to send via msn.com I get a message about needing to reset my cookies in my browser, but even at the lowest security level (accepting all cookies) I still get the same message. Please advise. Thanks.
