Default Printing attachments

Hmm. What happens if you drag the emails out of the inbox and then put them
into My Documents. Can you select all the files and then right click, print?
Does it print all the attachments as well (seeing as the option has been
ticked in File, Print) or does it just print out the email only?

When I do this I receive a message that says "Please open this HTML message
to print" which means I still have to print each attachment individually.
What do I need to do to get all attachments to print at one time? -- Sheila

If you have your cursor on an e-mail in your inbox and then click file and
then print, a window will open up. At the bottom right hand corner there is
a box you can check to automatically print the attachments.

I want to know where this check box is also. I actually have a need on one
account to print every email and every attachment. Anybody know how to do
this one?

I found the checkbox that lets you do it.

Is there a fast way to print an email with an attachment and have the email and attachment print without opening the attachment? We posted a job opening this weekend and have 185 coverletters and resume attachments and it would help greatly if we could print them both with out having to open the attachment each time.

Thanks,
clendeni
