Outlook 2003 will no longer start. Error in the syntax or format .
Text of error message: The extension configuration file "C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\ADDINS\msspc.ecf" could not be installed. There is an error in the syntax or format of the file. I have unistalled and reinstalled Office 2003, and updated the 9 suggested update from Microsoft for Office 2003. Has anybody had and fixed this problem? This is my wifes computer and she knows even less than I do, so that makes me the household IT expert... please help!
