Default Transferred Outlook to New Computer - Junk Filter Stopped Working

I re-installed Outlook on a new computer (from original CD). Suddenly the
junk filter is letting all sorts of stuff through that was not getting
through on the previous installation (it's set to "high" and I didn't have an
extensive "block" list before so it's not that).
