I can set up an additional account ok; but Outlook cannot show the contents
of the 2nd mailbox. I am sure that this is because the 2nd account has a different password (which I cannot change). There doesn't seem to be a way to authenticate twice; once for each mail account. Any help would be much appreciated. |

Passwords shouldn't make any difference. What matters is what kind of permissions the user has on the second mailbox. Have you checked them in ADU&C, both the client permissions and the Security tab?

I certainly do appreciate your reply. However, I do not understand it. What
is "ADU&C"? Is it an app? "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Passwords shouldn't make any difference. What matters is what kind of permissions the user has on the second mailbox.
