Default Outlook Today Configuration

After installing Office 2007 on this PC I can not configure Outlook Today
similar to that of my laptop which is also running 2007 with the "Winter"
style. I keep getting script errors, and it will not allow changes. Is
there a patch or a fix to resolve this?
