Default lousy Rules Alert features.

When I want to "Run Rules Now" in the Rules Alert window it takes me 1/2
hour to tick all the boxes. There should be a facility to "tick all".

Items in the Rules Alert window should be sortable or presorted
alphabetically. I probably have over 100 Rules and it is very hard to find
one to correct it. The window that they appear in should be resizeable too.
Why should I have to scroll through only 8 items at a time?

The "New Item Alert" window is even worse. It may contain 30 Alerts but I
can only see 4 at a time.

Outlook 2007, as the first version of Outlook to allow full programmatic access to rules, makes it possible to write VBA code to do this. See http://www.outlookcode.com/codedetail.aspx?id=1266
