Load once
We have a user who's only been using a PC for a couple of years. At age 70
he still gets himself confused and may be running 10+ incidents of Outlook at any given time. How can I configure his shortcut to only allow one incident of Outlook to be opened? Thanks in advance for your suggestions. Dave
