I need help on one item.
I have a client running office XP. WHat is happening is when he replies to an email with an attachment it attaches the origional message but it does not show it. It shows the attachment field but does not display anything in it, but if you double click in the attachment field, it opens the origional email. This only happens when repling to an email with an attachment. If you forward it, it is fine. If it does not have an attachment it is fine. Also when it attaches the email it also displays it in the body like it should. I have patched up office and windows. I did a repair, and an uninstall and re-install to no avail. I made sure that the option to reply to an email does not attach the origional email, it is set to just indent the origional. I hope that I have explained this correctly as it is a bit weird so it is hard to discribe. |

Hi,
Can you check the format of email when you send/reply emails. You could check under Tools Options Mail Format. Make sure they are selected to HTML. Also, make sure that there is no stationary selected (None). Thanks, Mittu "Jason" wrote: I need help on one item. I have a client running office XP.
