I am using Office 2007 Beta 2. My orginization gives each account/user a prf
file to setup Outlook. You simply click on it and all of the server information is setup. At least in Outlook 2003. Now, I get an error saying "Error in msrating.dll. Missing entry:ClickOnPRF" ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. It's not really a production account. That is just the way it is setup.
When I said "organization" I meant it like Exchange orginization not like a company. An ouside Exchange hosting company actually has the server. I'm not sure that .prf files work the same in OL2007. You might need to open the .prf file manually in Notepad and using the server information you find there to configure the account manually.
