Personal Folder on Outlook 2003
Hello
One of my users' Personal Folder cannot be opened as it is prompting for a password. The user told me she has never set any password for the Personal Folder. I did a repair on the 900MB pst file but after repairing, the password window still pops up. Is there any way to "disable" the password prompt? By the way, I tried some of the obvious passwords but they all don't help. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Ally
