Default Outlook 2003 and Business Contact Manager

Hi All ~

I am working with Outlook 2003 and Business Contact Manager. We added
and removed in email account in Outlook, and can no longer access the
Business Contact Manager. I have checked the registry, and the add in
is still enabled. Any thoughts?

Thanks, Ron
