Default Outlook 2003 Client Inbox reading panel

I am trying to find the setting to allow my inbox to see iCalendar messages
correctly again.

Something got updated since March 16th that does not allow iCalendar
messages to display correctly in the Inbox of my Outlook Client. If I use
Outlook Web Access against the Exchange 2003 server the message appears
correctly. Also if I open another users inbox and look at the item it
appears correctly. It can not find the start and end date though when seen
in my local inbox. When I select the Calendar... button on the email I get
August 31, 4500 (I assume this is the last time outlook accepts input) and
the message is then placed in my calendar for the time it was recieved.

Outlook client 11.8010.6568 SP2 is the client that does not process it
correctly.

I happen to have an older Outlook client 11.5608.5703 installed on a machine
and when accessing the same Exchange Server account the message displays
correctly.

The message orginates from a CDO.appointment that is generated from an ASP
page on Exchange 2003 server. The server aslo has ASP.Net ver 2. ( I
assumed this was the location of problem as it appears differently on
different clients. I might have to do an additional setting on the
CDO.message however as a default may have changed )

Please point me in the right direction.
