Default Changing the Owner in "Tasks"

I have two profiles (one a regular Internet email profile the other a
Microsoft Exchange profile). The default is the Internet profile.

When using email the default owner (i.e "From:") is the Internet profile as
set. However when using "Tasks" the owner is the MS Exchange owner.

How do I change owner to the default?

Thanks,

Sally in Toronto.
