Are you in an office or doing this from home? Have you used this before, or
is this the first time you are trying to use it? If an office, do you know if your office has an Exchange Server? If you have Exchange, you need to get the correct settings from the person who set that up. If you're at home, have you signed up with an ISP? Do you have an internet provider? If you have an ISP, you have to get the correct settings from them. You do have to configure Outlook with the correct settings for your ISP. Bill "Zoe" wrote: Everytime I try to open my Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 a small box appears saying " Configuring Outlook Accounts". Then a small window appears saying " Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable". How can I fix this? I have Windows Pro XP on my computer. I need a simple answer if possible. I am not a computer wiz ![]() |
