Somehow I created a folder, but do not see this same folder listed in the
tree unless I attempt to move an e-mail to a 'x' folder. I looks like a
v-card. I would like to know how to delete it.

So you created a contacts folder? If you use Folder list view (ctrl+6), do
you see the folder?
