Hi

We have an issue where when users are trying to book meetings with
other users they are checking the schedule information but for some
users it is only showing 2 months information even though we have a
group policy in place to publish 18 months information. The strange
thing is that another user can check the schedule information for the
exact same users and it will display the full information. Also it is
not always happening, users are reporting that they can check the
schedule information and only see 2 months information but if they then
check it again an hour later it is showing the full information.

Can any one help
