Default font size getting smaller and smaller, by itsekf while composibg newmail in outlook

Hi,

I've received this complain fro one of our users.

This is the only info I have (user abroad, contacting through third
person).

Did not find any such problem in verious forums.

I'll be glad to have any clue/idra, etc.

Hi randy,

Thanks for the quick answer.

It looks little deferent from what my user described (online continues
size change of the new typed character). I'll try to check directly
with his, because I think the problem is in the whole screen.
