How do you know you are sending duplicate messages?
Do they appear multiple times in your sent items?
Does it happen every time?

Try starting Outlook in safe mode (exit all the way out of Outlook and Start
- Run - Outlook /safe) and sending a simple plain text message to see if
it happens there too.

How frequently are you doing automatic send and receives? Does everyone get
dupes or just certain people? Does it happen if you use safe mode?
