One of my users is having a problem where certain html format emails
do not display html imagery at all but the url path from where they
originated instead. I have checked the security setting to allow
downloading images from outside and that is fine. I have also tried
setting the mail format to rtf and html and also setting (and taking
off) Word as email editor, but it didn't make a difference. Finally, I
recreated his profile figuring that if I set everything back to its
defaults, the issue would be resolved. However, it is exactly the same
as it was. Does anyone have any ideas?
