Default Viewing

I posted this by accident to Microsoft Publisher when it should have been
here. I am uses Office 2003 with service pack 3 applied.

When I e-mail my newsletter, some of the recipient's copy has lost its
formatting and the pages do not display correct.

How can I fix that?
