Hello all,
We have a client desktop that was upgraded to XP SP2 along with Office 2003 + latest hotfixes. Since then, the person cannot open up calendar items. They can click on the calendar and create "labels" but not items. If he tries to open it up, it fails and quits. The odd thing is that Outlook safe mode allows him to open up the items. We went through the most obvious things. We uninstalled any add-ons (PALM Sync and Dynmo Print thingy), check Help About Disabled items and nothing was listed. He searched for anything he could find and nothing has worked. Even Repair did nothing. Profiles deleted and recreated--still nothing. Any advice is always greatly appreciated! Cheers, Rich |

Hi Diane,
Thank you for responding. We tried every option and the problem still persists. Any other suggestions? Just so you know, it's Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2000 on (client machine is) XP Prof SP2 + all hotfixes. Thanks again, Rich "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote in message ... did you open outlook with switches - cleanreminders, cleanviews etc? http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/commandlines.htm -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "RTL" wrote in message ...
