Desktop alerts not working after SP2
I had the alerts not working anymore after SP2.
I noticed that if I clear all new mails and exit from Outlook, at restarting alerts are again on. Is this normal ? The not-working status begins again after some while ... reason unknown. There is some special setup to be performed ? Am I doing some mistake ? I work unders XP Pro, regularly updated. Pls help Manlio
