Tools - Options - Email Options - Advanced Email options
Make sure the following options are checked: - Automatic name checking - Suggest names while completing To, Cc, and Bcc fields "Kim" wrote in message ... I'm converting from OL Express to Outlook 2007 so I'm familiar with OLE. In Outlook 2007 how do I automatically display a name when partially entered. i.e. In the 'To' I enter "John" and "John Doe" is filled in. Secondly, I would like to get "John Doe" not . Is there an option window I can't find that will allow me to customize my email profile behavior? Thanks for the help! Kim
